How to avoid oil pressure power loss in hydraulic press?
1. reasonable selection of oil pressure regulator, correct adjustment of pressure valve pressure. We know that oil will lose part of the pressure and flow when it flows through all kinds of oil pressure regulators, and the power loss in this aspect can be avoided by selecting the oil pressure regulators and adjusting the pressure valves correctly. The flow valve is selected according to the scale of flow conditioning in the system to ensure that the minimum stable flow rate can be satisfied with the demand. The pressure of the pressure valve selects the lower pressure as far as possible under the condition of satisfactory oil pressure equipment working normally.
2. select the speed regulation circuit to meet the speed regulation demand, reduce the power loss. If the actuator has the demand of speed regulation, it is necessary to meet the demand of speed regulation and reduce the power loss as far as possible when selecting the speed regulation loop. Common speed regulation loop: save speed regulation loop, volume speed regulation loop, volume saving speed regulation loop. Among them, save the power loss of speed regulation circuit, low speed stability is good. The volume speed regulation loop has no overflow loss, no saving loss, high power, but poor stability at low speed. If we want to meet the needs of both aspects at the same time, we can use the volume saving speed regulating circuit composed of differential pressure variable pump and saving valve, which can make the pressure difference at both ends of the saving valve as small as possible to reduce the pressure loss.
3. if the pressure of the hydraulic press drops, the flow rate is larger than that of the hydraulic press, it can easily fill the fast stroke of the actuator. When the pressure of the system increases, the flow rate decreases accordingly, which can meet the operation stroke of the actuator. This can not only meet the operational requirements of the actuator, but also make the power consumption small. It is appropriate to select the pressure limiting variable pump, because the flow rate of this type of pump changes with the change of system pressure.
4. reasonable selection of hydraulic oil. When the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic press runs in the pipeline, it will show viscosity, and when the viscosity is too high, there will be a large friction force, which will lead to the heating of the oil and the resistance when the oil is added together. When the viscosity is too low, it is easy to form leakage, which will decrease the volumetric power of the system. Therefore, the oil with suitable viscosity and good viscosity and temperature characteristics is selected. In addition, when the oil is running in the pipeline, there is also the loss of pressure along the path and the loss of part of the pressure, so the pipeline is shortened as far as possible and the bend pipe is reduced.
