Working principle:
The main oil pump of servo drive hydraulic press is driven by servo motor, the upper cavity of main cylinder of hydraulic press is equipped with pressure sensor, and displacement sensor is installed at the slider of hydraulic press. The controller calculates the speed of servo motor according to pressure feedback signal, position feedback signal, pressure given signal, position given signal, speed given signal and so on, so as to control the output of hydraulic pump for pressure, speed and position control. The servo drive hydraulic press controls the pressure, speed, position and other parameters of the hydraulic press by adjusting the speed of the servo motor, cancels the pressure control valve and flow control valve in the hydraulic control circuit, and simplifies the hydraulic control circuit. The servo motor speed is zero when the slider drops quickly and the slider is still at the upper limit. The speed of the servo motor is determined by the set speed when the slider is pressurized and backhaul. The speed of the slider servo motor only makes up for the leakage of the pump and system. The traditional hydraulic press is always at constant speed in the whole working process.
