How to prevent air from entering hydraulic system
How to prevent air from entering hydraulic system?
1. the right side of the oil tank of the hydraulic press is lower than the specified value of the oil standard, the oil suction, oil filter or suction oil are exposed to the oil surface.
2. the return pipe in the hydraulic press tank is too close to the suction pipe, there is no partition between the two (or no broken bubble net), and the foam that occurs when the return oil is mixed up is inhaled into the pump too late to float.
3. the pipe joint exposed between the oil surface and the inlet of the hydraulic pump is not well sealed or the pipe joint is loosened by oscillation, perhaps the tubing of the hydraulic press is cracked and sucked into the air.
4. enter the air because the oil seal of the pump shaft of the hydraulic press is damaged and the seal between the pump body and the cover is damaged.
5. the tubing is too thin and too long, the filter is blocked by dirt or the capacity of the filter is too small to add resistance.
6. the deterioration of hydraulic oil and liquid, because of the emulsification of influent, the function of breaking bubble becomes worse, the bubble is scattered in the oil layer or floating on the oil surface with net bubble, and the suction system is inhaled during pump operation.
7. hydraulic cylinder of hydraulic press is not equipped with exhaust device to exhaust.
8. oil is mixed with volatile substances (such as gasoline, ethanol, benzene, etc.), they will come out of the oil at low pressure to form bubbles.
9. on the return line of unmounted back pressure valve, and sometimes negative pressure in hydraulic cylinder.
10. The cylinder head of the hydraulic press is poorly sealed, sometimes with air intake and sometimes with oil leakage.
